To use the 7winrm, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. These requirements are in place to protect our users and ensure that our platform is used responsibly.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from using this platform.
• One Account Only: Each user may only register and maintain one active account at 7winrm. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of our terms.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration – including your full name, phone number, and email address – must be accurate and up to date. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension.
• Account Security: You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 7winrm will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by another party.
• Identity Verification: 7winrm reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad).

Should 7winrm detect any activity indicating a breach of eligibility terms — including use by minors or the registration of multiple accounts — the platform reserves the right to immediately close the account in question, forfeit any remaining balance, and report the activity to the relevant authorities where necessary.

All financial transactions on the platform 7winrm – whether deposits or withdrawals – are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local Malaysian payment methods for our members' convenience.

The following deposit methods are accepted at 7winrm:

7winrm does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for checking any charges imposed by your payment provider.

For withdrawals that require additional review — such as requests exceeding certain thresholds or accounts undergoing routine security checks — our team may contact you for further verification. This is a standard procedure we follow to protect the security of your account.

Platform 7winrm offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, in addition to the general terms set out in this document.

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus received must be wagered at the stated rate before a withdrawal can be made from that bonus balance. For example, if a MYR 100 bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement, you must place a total of MYR 1,000 in bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only activate one bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the requirements of a current bonus is not permitted unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus that is unused or whose requirements are not fulfilled within that period will expire automatically without notice.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: 7winrm uses advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities such as artificially placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or any form of player coordination to exploit the bonus system are strictly prohibited.
• VIP Rewards Programme: VIP points accumulated through wagering do not expire as long as the account remains active (at least one login within 90 days). VIP tiers are reviewed monthly, and 7winrm reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with reasonable notice to members.

• All game outcomes properly processed by the system are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of personal preference or differing expectations of the result.

• Bets placed using automated software, bots, or any other unfair methods are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated winnings and the closure of the account.
• 7winrm reserves the right to void or reject any bet reasonably believed to have been placed based on insider information, abnormal market imbalances, or activity suspected to involve match manipulation.

The security of your account is a shared responsibility. 7winrm continuously invests in the latest security infrastructure, and we need your cooperation in keeping your account secure on your end.

• Strong Password: Use a long, unique password for your 7winrm account. Do not reuse passwords from other accounts, and never share your password with anyone — including family members.
• Two-Factor Authentication: We encourage you to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP, available in your account security settings. This adds an extra layer of protection to your account.

Any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their account — including sharing login credentials, using public devices, or exposure to malicious software — are beyond the responsibility of 7winrm. Nevertheless, we will always do our best to help you recover your account and will treat every complaint raised with the utmost seriousness.

We will make every effort to minimise downtime and provide advance notice where possible.

• Technical Errors: In the rare event that a technical error causes incorrect odds or winning amounts to be displayed, 7winrm reserves the right to correct the error even after the transaction has been processed.
